产品说明

 

N66G33LU is a nylon 6.6 compound made with utility feedstock polymer and reinforced with 30% glass fiber, which exhibits excellent rigidity especially at high temperatures.

 

Typical of semi-crystalline polymers, glass fiber reinforced nylons exhibit outstanding resistance even at elevated temperatures to the effects of a wide range of chemicals, solvents, oils and greases and are therefore suitable for such demanding environments as automotive under-hood. For molded parts, which are to be exposed to high temperature for extended periods of time, the use of the heat-stabilized grade, N66G33HSLU, is recommended.

 

Both compounds offer the high flow typical of nylon 6.6. Rapid crystallization and high temperature rigidity result in excellent processability and fast cycle times.

 

These formulations can be cost-effective choices where excellent rigidity is required, but where minor variation in mechanical properties and processability can be accommodated, and maintenance of natural color is not a critical requirement.
